I just tried to log on to my USAA account and find they disabled my online access for some reason, all of my accounts are in good standing as of a couple days ago and I am baffled about this, I will be calling when they open their CS line but has anyone else had this happen or have any idea what would cause this?

No issue here, I just logged on.  I'm on every couple weeks paying a CC or insurance bill anyway.  Have you not logged on in a while?

Definitely call 'em in the morning.

Did you have the phone authentication text set up when you try to log on your account? If not it's probably because someone tried to log on as you and they caught it and locked your account.

They have an 800 number.  Just call them.

Probably had some suspicious activity.  Don't get your panties in a wad.

I reported an attempted phising scheme to them several years ago.  I received an e-mail stating there was a problem and to log in using the attached link.  Link goes to what looked like the normal log on screen, however the address looked funny.

I hadn' logged on, however I changed all my pass words and security questions.

I'm set up to receive updates and notices from USAA so getting the orginal e-mail didn't seem out of order.

Is it possible something like this happened to you?

Not to my knowledge, I almost always log in to my accounts on the mobile app so I'd think that'd be harder to fake.

I have and so far no one can tell me WTF is going on, apparently I need to call back Monday because the department I need is not available on weekends.
