Yoo hoo as well, but has milk products in it.

The stated ingredients on the label include water, high-fructose corn syrup, whey, sugar, corn syrup solids, cocoa, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, sodium caseinate (from milk), non-fat dry milk, salt, tricalcium phosphate, dipotassium phosphate, xanthan gum, guar gum, natural and artificial flavors, soy lecithin, mono- and diglycerides, vitamin A palmiate, niacinamide (vitamin B3), vitamin D3, and riboflavin (vitamin B2).

My sons would agree with you completely. They serve it at their schools with lunch sometimes. Since they found Trumoo they have no interest in any other.

We have a Mennonite dairy here in West Tennessee called Rock Springs Dairy that sells chocolate milk in the exact same returnable bottles as those. I don't even let myself buy the stuff because it is full of sugar and I can't control myself around it. I drink the hell out of their regular whole milk. Lots of cream floating at the top of the bottle.

Yeah, I always found it at Price Chopper.  Though only certain PC's sold it.  Shatto has a link on their website showing you where you can buy it.  I highly recommend it.
