I got one! He is well connected and is not going anywhere. How do I deal with? Taking a toll after 12yrs. I need GD advise

Anyone need a paid vacation?  If you've dealt with it for 12 years, it can't be that bad. Medicate his coffee. Taking notes. I know big brother is watching.

I got the exact same issue but mine drinks. Rules I've set for myself. 1. Never send the boss anything in writting you don't want forwarded 2. Never tell the boss about a deal until it's signed and closed 3. If I got a serious problem (ex: legal) go to the boss's boss 1st 4. Take every email written after 5:00 with a grain of salt 5. As annoying as it can be sometimes, never bite the hand that feeds you |
