Fresh caught (caught friday 23mi off Freeport, TX) Gulf Red Snapper rubbed with Tony's and sautéed in lemon butter and a little bit of olive oil.

Jardin rice.

Steamed asparagus finished with a little butter and garlic salt.

Shiner Premium beer.

Really though, fish looks good.

I caught some red snapper once, but sadly I had to let her go.
