Wife wants to get me a new wallet for my first Father's day.  I told her that the baby meant I had no need for a wallet as I won't carry money ever again but she's persistent.  Heard good things about Saddleback.  I want to buy the last wallet I'll ever need.  Thanks!!!

I want to be able to carry 3 IDs and a few credit cards/ membership cards (debit, sams, bjs)

I have a Saddleback wallet. It's really nice, but it puts a bend in my credit cards that make them difficult to use in some machines, particularly the parking meters in town. I can't give it a 100% recommendation for this reason, but it is built like a tank.

He's probably not joking.

If you look in the handgun forums where people post their EDC, you'll see nothing but members with BMF wallets.

SPEC-OPS brand (yes, it is a cheesy brand name) wallets are indestructible and made here in the USA.    It will be the last wallet you own (at least for 20 years).  They also make superb tactical gear if you are .mil or LEO.

I picked up a sharkskin one at an art fair probably 12 years ago.  I carry it every day.  The thing shows no wear whatsoever.  It's formed and all that but it's as new looking as the day I bought it.

Saddleback. I have the ID Wallet and love it. Enough room for my debit card, license, and a few other cards. I fold up a few bills in the center slot.  Keeps me from carrying all kinds of useless shit.  It is breaking in nicely.

x2.

I'm a leather whore and bought one after a lot of good reviews on here. I'm glad I did.

Its huge but was what I wanted for functionality. I bought in tobacco brown and after 9 months of hard use, it is just breaking in with a nice aged natural leather look. Well worth the money.

Its your ass that's putting the 'bend' in them.  How much do weigh above 300lbs?

I second the TUMI. I have the same model, but with the ballistic nylon on the outside. Holds DL and CWL on inside, school IDs on the outside window, Debit and credit cards on inside slots along with BPS/GNC/other rewards cards, cash in the little pockets.

I got tired of having a wallet full of shit so I bought a Saddleback small billfold. I have a few cards, ID/CHL, and other shit like membership and insurance cards in it. Eight total.

It's built like a tank, only way I'd have to replace it is if I lost it.

I've had the same brown leather Polo wallet for going on 10 years or so.  It's gotten darker and it's worn a bit, but it looks like it will last another 10 without a problem.

Bought one at an academy store for like $20 in 2005.

Still going strong today, and JUST started showing small holes in the thin parts.

I don't really like buying wallets that last for some reason, I enjoy swapping them out after awhile.

I have a bison hide trifold wallet I bought in a saddle store outside Yellowstone (Montana side) in 2006.  It's the softest leather I've ever held.  I'd recommend it but I couldn't begin to tell you where to buy one.  I don't even remember the name of the store.
