I passed one up at the same time I got my IHC. I think the Winchester was $875. It was close, but not close enough since I just bought the IHC. I think I payed $925 for the IHC, so deals can be found. |

3/4? I'm no expert on Garands, but weren't there more than four manufacturers? I dont count Beretta and Breda. ![]() http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd88/highpowershooter/Miscalanious%20Stuff/singer.jpg I just did a bit of digging, and if that is indeed real and not a Photoshop, its extremely rare. Like one of a kind. That pic of yours does look quite shopped. Now stop trying to make me second guess myself.

Maybe I got caught in a "Mattel M-16" type of joke, but I'm pretty sure Singer did make Garands, or at the very least Garand receivers. |

As far as firearms that they manufactured, was among 500 (IIRC) 1911A1's and from what I gather a few M1 Carbine receivers (I have no idea on the numbers for these, other than low), but nothing as far as a Garand is concerned. |
