Got a quick question regarding renters insurance. I am wanting to make sure my weapons are insured against theft, fire, and so on. I was talking to a guy at work and he said to make sure that my insurance company covers firearms, since not all do. Can anyone recommend a company that will cover firearms? I live in Illinois, just outside of Chicago - not in Cook county. Also, I know with my current insurance, I had to make a list of all my things and give it to them. How does that work with firearms? What are the laws with the insurance company holding a list of my firearms I own? Thanks for any help! |
