I like the set-up and choices. Need some carmalization on that steak though. 9/10 ETA: is that A-1? Why OP, why? Steak noob I understand the stigma, and fault no one who has a distaste for it. I however dig the flavor, and a little bit watered down with the steak grease can be a pleasant way to get through the more marbly/fat-laden pieces. This steak, (while high on fat content) didn't even need it. I wish everyone could have had a piece it was that tasty. |

-1 for steak sauce. Salt and pepper only on a steak.
-1 for no grill marks. +1 for med rare (or so it appears to me) -1 for no corn on the cob holders. You have to admit they do make it easier to eat, as well as keeping your fingers butter free. +1 for the steak knives. -1 for not having the salt and pepper at the table. Now you have to get up and get it for the corn on the cob. had to edit. + for the his and her guns. New Total 9/10 |

Presentation is excellent, minus searing of the steak -- which also looks a bit off color but that could be due to the liquid smoke. I assume you used gas? After hard (read: 5 seconds) consideration, I bestow upon you a 8/10. Having his and her weapons saved you. |

Great presentation...your hardware looks squared-away and in accordance with 'Dinner Pic' protocol. Pics are crisp. The chow looks dee-lish. 10/10 One of my best friends was raised on a working cattle ranch...guess what? They fucking used A-1!
Now me, being from New Orleans...I use Tabasco or as I call it "a lil taste of home". OP you done good. Keep The High Ground, G |
