On the rack at walmart for $1,097. With tax $1,195.

Its 16" 1/7 twist (is that compatable with 55grain?) Has magpul
butt stock, and magpul flip up rear sight. Stock handguard, not the
Magpul kind.

Get it?

Got it.

Missouri has an income tax.

As far no income tax, better in my state.

Low sales tax ( 5% in my county ) and no income tax.

There is a few downsides like anywhere, but I can think of quite a few upsides too. I like it enough.

4/16/2013 12:14:01 PM EDT

That's a commercial standard pre-panic cost for what you describe.

Surprised Colt ain't raised their prices yet.

I'm curious why they dumped the carry handle and 2x20RD USGI mags in favor of MBUIS and 1x 30RD PMAG. I guess most people ditch the handle for optics anyhow, but it fills the rifle out nicely as a shelf-sitter waiting to be taken home (if they even make it to the shelf).

Missouri must have really shitty sales tax.  But yeah, I'd go for it.

Sure as shit hope you posted this from a cell phone OP.  I have owned a Colt SP1 since 1985, and while I believe that the current crop of ponys lack the finesse of their older guns, the LE6920 is a top notch duty weapon, and I would not hesitate to tote one into harms way.  One of my closest friends just bought one and my baby brother relies on one daily as his patrol carbine with a local PD.

What about the trigger guard and pistol grip? MOE or A2 style?

Maybe they listened to feed back and the "non-MOE" version comes with Magpul stocks and a flip up sight rather than a carry handle now.
