Yep. Soon as the door opened.
|
| Some dipshit tried to open my passenger door at the Taco Bell drive through. To add to the fun, my GF was sitting in the passenger seat. Idiot must have wondered why I was gesturing for him to F-off with my left hand (my right was fixing to give him a 124gr supersonic lead burrito). |
|
I can hear the statement from the camera man now.
"We were just having fun, we weren't hurting anyone. He had no right to shoot him! He just murdered him right there in front of me!" I can also believe that some dipshit DA would try to prosecute the shooter because of what the now dead dumbass said to the driver before he got in. Sometime I just want the planet to stop so I can get off. |

I went to go buy a jon boat from a guy. I pulled into his driveway and was about to get out of the car when some young guy came up on the passenger side blind spot and opened my passenger door as I unlocked it. He got to see the muzzle of a .38 up close and just about shit his pants. He was selling organic cleaning solutions door to door on the street. |

Well lets be honest, a 9mm would be more like a lead taquito.....

Legal shoot here in FL., except for me , I welcome most strangers in my car , but still keep my doors locked 'til I make a judgement call Dude, didn't your momma tell you that you can't judge a book by it's cover? Mine did.
As a taxi driver you HAVE to make judgement calls and a little over twenty years at it I made one serious mistake and that passenger pulled a gun on me I was able to prevail in that encounter with no injuries. |

I'm pretty sure there's no crime in entering someone's home and I don't believe there's a crime entering a car. However, once you circumvent a lock, or bypass a no trespassing sign or its equivalent, or manifest intent to commit a crime, then you have a crime. If someone shot him, sure the stupid kid would be dead, but the shooter would not walk free...even in Florida. Having said that, their intent was to enter vehicles knowing they were fraudulently invited or assumed it was permitted to enter...that kind of intent might save a shooter during the wrongful death suit.
Is anyone aware of any state who's castle doctrine allows shooting someone where there was no threat to life or limb? |

Anyway, watch more retards... I do like the dude's actions at the very end. |

I'm really surprised at the kissing one. Especially the one where the boyfriend was right there.
Some of them are funny, but dude is just asking for an asskicking or worse. It's all fun and games until.... |

A stranger entering a house uninvited is considered prima facie evidence of ill intent. I know many states allow a home-owner to shoot anyone in their house uninvited. |

The Castle Doctrine in SC (used to live there) does not require the circumvention of a lock, or bypassing anything. This also extends to your vehicle. |

This is actually pretty amazing. I would have shot him at the 30 second marker though. Yeah, he's definitely testing death or great bodily injury. |

I guess that changes things.
at the last one; lets him fall AND kicks his ball away.
