It works in Chrome for me. They're using MJPEGs for the "video". I know they don't work on my iPad in Safari or Chrome; OS X and Win 7, Chrome is fine

I came back from dinner and the apartment lady is out. I'm now watching what appears to be a doggie daycare on the roof of a building. Just one lonely looking dog right now.

I tried the random world cameras. That's pretty crazy. I can sit here and simultaneously watch a night club in Europe, a factory in Japan, and someones house in California.
