Given that it is Friday night, I had to make a choice: go out to the bars and spend money, or stay home and cook a delicious meal and drink better liquor, beer and wine for much cheaper. Being the moody loner that I am, I elected to stay home and cook.
Now that I can see it on my computer, I see the table gave off some glare that kind of fucked up the final pictures.  There's an image of the food in the kitchen before I relocated it to the table which is a little more clear.
Salmon, shrimp, clams, onion, and garlic in a chardonnay based sauce with fettuccine. |
I was so fucking hungry that I just kind of hurled it on the plate.

No table knife. No fighting / tactical knife. Not into the shrimp Plus salmon Plus clams. I think it gives a confused pallet. To much going on to enjoy the flavors. If it was just one seafood item with onions garlic wine sause over noodles I would score it better. I would even overlook the clams which i don't care for. Also needs some vegetables. |

I didn't want to dilute the whisk(e)y with the rest of the liquor in the picture. |
