I found that a couple Jack Daniels oak barrel chips in the bottle really add a nice flavor.

I am getting ready to brew my first beer next week. A hazelnut brown ale.

i dig ranger. Think its a real decent every day IPA, if you like IPAs.


I agree that it's a good beer, esp. For the price. I just finished and poured some whisky.

Interesting.  For a bit less expensive, I have found Evan Williams single barrel has a great taste.  I finished the last two bottles from the local store and they haven't restocked it.

I bought a bottle of Evan Willams last year and thought it was pretty good also.. I bought the Bulleit because I have seen it mentioned in high regards here many times.. I am just going to assume my pallet is not sophisticated enough to truly enjoy it.
