I wrecked my car pretty good yesterday. It's all smashed up. Grill, front bumper, maybe even the hood, are all needing replacement.

The insurance company recommended some bump shops, which admittedly seen pretty good.

Here's the thing, the car is brand new and paid off. Everyone is telling me the dealer is the way to go, and I do have the right to choose. My deductible is going to be the same either way. So is there any reason not to take it to the dealership?

In the DFW area caliber collision and service king both do good work.

Eta: LOTS of dealerships in the DFW area contract their bodywork to these shops anyways. Very few dealerships have in house body shops any more.
