I know of one that uses the Starline .44 Auto brass that is necked down to something else. It's like $5-6 a pop, pre panic. Can't cases be formed from cutting down .308 Win cases? I think loaded ammo costs that much. Starline sells the brass for about 40¢ each. mm |

I think so, i was givin half a box of factory loads and a baggie of what looks like 308 cut down and was told its .44AM ammo |

I heard it didnt' use the .44 magum round but it's own version o f the .44 is that so? Are there any semi-auto pistols that DO use the .44 magnum other than the Desert Eagle? It was a .308 case cut to length where a .44 bullet would just fit. .44 Automag it was called. |
