Buy the Ruger SR-556! I have one, I've run probably around 2,000 rounds through it, no failures of any kind, with poop Wolf/Tula ammo mostly. Its a great deal for the price and all the features the rifle has (troy sights, rail, Hogue grip, chrome BCG, etc.)
ETA: Little on the heavy side though, but I don't mind. Still lighter than the M16A4/203 I carry at drill. |

Did it myself and then 'aged' it.  It is just a Century Arms they were selling a few years ago made from Guatemalan M16s, so I don't really care about ruining any resale value or anything. |
