| I was just thinking. My old plotter does not have drivers available for windows 8. Think it would work if I hooked it up to a print server? Any good ones out there? Thanks Oh yeah needs a parallel port. |

If it is a software driven printer then isn't going to happen. Mine is a designjet 488ca ahh... a plotter. Try the deskjet 500 driver and see if that works. It might/might not. Not for sure when it comes to the plotter series. If it does it probably will not print color.
