Out of all the mass shootings in the past few years, which of the insane fucks used weapons that were purchased without a background check?

As far as i remember everyone either passed an NICS check, or took the weapon from someone who passed a check.
Has there been any mass shooter who used the dreaded "gun show loophole" since Columbine?
