After having been banned from 1911forum.com for uncivil and inappropriate language (in response to uncivil but allowable language), I would like to share a few observations about general web conduct. 1. People act/say things they would never even attempt in the "real" world. 2. Everyone is guilty of number 1, from moderators to trolls. My point is that web communities are what we make of them, it would probably be best to adopt a little of the do unto others philosophy, because really, how many of us act out towards others like we do on the web boards? Just my $.02. |

Quoted: Quoted: I think McUZI once spit in the face of a liquor store clerk who refused to sell gin to him, becuse McUZI was barefoot (no shirt, no shoes, no service). That is, without a doubt, the single funniest thing I have ever read on AR15.com since 1998. I just wanted to show that some people DO behave in real life like they do on internet message boards. |

Come on, AR15.com is as good as it gets. |

Quoted: I don't act any different IRL than I act online. I treat idiots like they are idiots and treat intelligent people with respect. Bingo! Rik beat me to it! I have nothing to hide here. I call spades spades and have caused myself more trouble for doing so IRL than I ever have online. |
