| Do they generallly ask for your credit card number over the phone when you tell them you are having issues with Pay Pal? I was trying to order from a vendor who uses Pay Pal as their checkout page. I previously had a Pay Pal account, but deleted it. Now when I am trying to check out I get a message telling me that my card cannot be used for that payment. I think it might have something to do with having a previous account tied to that card number. I want to figure this out but am just hesitant to give my CC number out over the phone. Is this the way they usually go about helping you? |
