Dirty lense and fluorescent lighting................ The meat doesn't appear to be grilled, but probably pan seared. Probably need to deduct a few tenths. |

I use a Nikon D200. I shoot in the vivid setting on the camera. They were also shot with a high ISO due to lighting. The white ballance is hard to nail with it and regular houshold lights. Only post processing they got was auto levels adjusment and crop in PS CS2. |
