QT lovers (and haters), get in here. Fascinating Vanity Fair piece, but a long read.

same here...

The part about QT turning down Daniel Day-Lewis in favor of Travolta for Vince Vega blew my mind.

My Son-in-Law (Dick Dale) did the opening song (Misirlou) in Pulp Fiction.

Great film, own it on dvd.

Unfortunate part is it also put a guy from my hometown of Buffalo NY, who with his brother began promoting rock concerts here (I went to many of them) into the spotlight. And along the way it made him one of the wealthiest sonofabitches in the world when he started his independant movie company named Miramax. The anti-gun fuck Harvey Weinstein.

And to think almost every scene in Pulp had some kind of gun in it.

Not often I piss in someone's cheerios, but, who the fuck cares?

sounds like Vanity Fair is helping to rehabilitate Tarantino in the wake of Jango.

Why would he need to be "rehabilitated?" The movie got good reviews, was nominated for a bunch of awards, and it's his highest grossing film to date.
