I saw it here first, some years ago.

Thick Brit(?) soldier with a fair bit of arm tattoos waving a wooden baton at a bunch of middle eastern folks. Had a look of "Come the fook down here and get ya fookin' lumps, ya fookin' coont!"

I also checked the motivators as one was made, something like "You, sit down!" or sic...

It's great pic, btw...tough to find.
