I am only able to use my iphone to access the forum and i am not able to subscribe to most topics i am posting on. Why is this?

You can only use subscribe when you have a paid Team Membership.

The phone thing I don't know.

Thank you. I think it only lets me subscribe to 3 at a time but it has let me subscribe in the past.......
