I've used equifax credit monitoring for the past 7 years. Its been reliable and i usually get notifications of any checks into my credit history or new accounts 1-2 days after it occurs.
Lifelock pretty much just repeatedly locks your credit file which you can do yourself. When there is a lock on your credit file you get a call before the info is provided or an account opened. I can lock my credit file via the equifax site. |
