Went to their concert last night, good times and I am the under 40 crowd

Daltrey and Townshend was there, Pete's brother played and Ringo Starr's son played the drums.

Cool.  I saw them when you were still part of the swimmer crowd.  They rocked then too.

I saw them in Phoenix about 10 days ago.
I'm also part of the under 40 crowd.

Those guys put on one hell of a good show.

I really liked Vintage Trouble also.
Their energy was great.

It might be time for Roger to button that shirt up, yeah?

He's still in good shape, it's just weird seeing somebody his age showing off his abs. The only front man I can think of that can still get away with doing this, is Iggy Pop.

funny you mentioned that, he was definitely showing his chest - had it all unbuttoned later. he chest was waxed and he hit the tanning bed. had some pecks.

eta: plus they really showed their appreciation to the fans several times. daltrey and townshend, seems like good guys.

Great pics, OP.

I saw them for the 4th time on December 8th.  (1989 25th Anniversary tour, 2002 right after Entwistle died, 2006, and 2012 for Quadrophenia.) They sound better on this tour than in 2006, due to Daltrey's surgery.

IMNSHO, The Who, not the Rolling Stones, is the "Greatest Rock and Roll Band of All Time."

The multimedia background for this tour is the best I have ever seen.

+1, the montage on US politics and war was cool, except when they showed Hanoi Jane...stupid whore.

Played with them in Carnegie Hall in '94.  Simon Phillips on drums.  Hell of a show.

One thing about it that I thought was very interesting was the absence of 0bama.
