Does anyone know how well some of the e-mail notifications are working from sites like Midway and Brownell's. I know LPK's and bolt carrier parts fly off the shelfs however I am looking for other less glamorous items that are also gone.

You have to remember, how many people are signing up for these notifications? The SMTP/POP3 servers that run the email would shut their main server down in a split second if it tried sending out 10,000+ emails...you can't fault them for that, its just not gonna happen.

You are better off setting your browser to auto scan rather than rely on email notifications
