What exercise will you do to better yourself instead of the Super Bowl?

I will run 4 miles
do 100 sit ups
do 100 push ups.
and do 200 curls

then I will probably wank it and go to bed early

Already hit the gym today for free weights and ran 2 miles. I'm going to take care of a few errands then it will be time for beer wings and the game.

I had a running partner who would run multiple marathons every year, and would usually do a full iron man every year as well. He was insanely fit.

His old doctor retired, and he got a new doc, who of course did a full physical so he could get to know his new patient.  After the check-up, he sat down with my buddy and told him that he clearly was living a very unfit and unhealthy lifestyle, and really should think about trying to get a little bit of exercise once in a while.  Even going for a short walk a couple of times a week would really help his health, the doctor said.  




What I've learned in my life is that if you lose the genetic lottery, it doesn't matter HOW healthy you live.  At best you'll give yourself a few more years.

I do that or something equivalent every weekday morning.

The SB is only once a year and you need a down day once a week if you are serious about training.

Already put in 10 hours at work. Already hit the gym... squats, deadlifts, close grip bench, then 30 min on the treadmill. Soon to be heading to a friends house for the superbowl party where I wont be drinking or dirtying up my diet (hopefully). Then go back to work.

Yesterday was leg day at the gym and then I got the pleasure of helping two women move all day after that.  Pretty much every muscle in my body hurts.  The only exercises I will be doing are 12 ounce curls.
