Guess they don't understand that while running and gunning, you don't have time to stop and pick up disposable items such as mags. Of course we know they understand very little about that which they intend to regulate.

Look, we're dealing with functionally retarded persons. They also believe they can put serial numbers on individual bullets.

Some of them want to stick an RFID in your body, and an even greater number want a GPS receiver and a transponder in your vehicle in order to track every inch you drive so it can be taxed.
