He is more in love with his 2 or 3 AKs than his single AR. He offered to sell it to me in a package deal for the low price of $3000.
- Plain Jane Olympic Arms 16" w/ collapsible stock - 1000 rounds Wolf Ammo - 16 assorted GI Mags I offered $1200.  He seemed offended. He managed to sell it all for $2500 to another co-worker. Something about a sucker born every minute.

Maybe sell the A2 HBAR with like 10 USGI mags and night sights for $2500+ and then, when the scare has subsided and backlog eradicated... replace it with two or three more in various configs. Cripes... one has to wonder why all of these Johnny-come-latelies were SO clueless for SO long and then suddenly awoke from their comas.

yeah it is nuts. i offered $600 for it. the sales guy just laughed. the one is seen sold while i was waiting for my NICS check to be approved, the guy buying it was bitching that an oly should only be $700 tops. he bought it any way. |

I hit the LGS today. They had three used "no-name" ARs in the shelf: $1300 LRA, $1500 Freedom Arms and $2000 Bushmaster lower/Olymic upper.
Lots of money for questionable guns, in my book. But if you don't have a gun like an AR I guess any one of the three would beat nothing. If there was any ammo for them. |
