I listed a colt 6550 on gunbroker over the holidays and a guy from NY won the auction, but the ban was pushed thru before he could take possession. 
I had already had my ffl do the paperwork on my end, was waiting for the check, had not shipped to the buyer's ffl yet. My question: Do I have to do another transfer from my ffl back to me before I can transfer to another buyer that is wanting to drive to my state later this week? Or can I just meet the new buyer at my ffl's store and have my ffl transfer to the new buyer? Thanks |
