Did anyone in the hive buy an RRA Operator 2 before the sale ended at the end of the year?
I ordered one from a local dealer around Nov 20th, before the panic, and I still haven't gotten it yet. I'm getting a little impatient, wondering if anyone else is experiencing this also? ETA: The one I put a deposit on was supposed to have been ordered from RRA at the end of August. |

You're sure 'they' actually ordered it? lol yeah I don't live under a rock. But if it was ordered in Aug (assuming that's true) it would have been in the production que for months. I don't even see operators on the RRA site anymore, and it wouldn't make sense that they would stop making them only to start up again to fill backlogged orders. |

I'm gonna guess that RR had decided to suspend production of that model before 'they' ordered it. From your comment that 'they' said it "usually" takes X-amount of time to get it....that they took your deposit before they called RR to check availability. It doesn't make sense that it would have taken more than a couple weeks for RR to ship one out...before the panic set in. Sounds like 'they' may have screwed the pooch by waiting to place your order until they had a multiple unit order...and in that time RR ceased production of that model............. or not. Just messin' with yer head. |

It was on their site with an "ordered from RRA" date I wish I knew what Operator 2 serial number formats were, I have a sales order and what looks like a serial number or maybe internal stock number. I do not think this dealer would deceive its customers. I looked for feedback on their reputation before I ordered and didn't find anything bad. I'm just really frustrated, and I don't understand why it would be taking this long, unless it's actually here and they've been so buried that they haven't gotten to it yet. Of course when I call or email (which I have not done alot of given the circumstances) I get the same thing, which is nothing. I'm hesitant to demand them to look up my sales order (cuz I don't want to be "that guy") to ensure it hasn't been overlooked or to verify that my contact information is correct. Know what I mean? |

| Got mine well before the panic (maybe 6-8 months before) had mine in a week or two, If anyone can elaborate, mine came with chrome bcg. I was at my FFL about 3 months ago picking up a g26, he showed me an RRA EO2 he had just ordered, and it came with just a standard bcg, my FFL said the ones he was getting now were no longer coming with the chrome bcg |
