Oh that's it. Off to my local greasy spoon that has a hash brown, eggs, bacon, onion, and cheese platter that comes with a portable defib machine.

Pepper to taste as the wife is not a big fan of pepper.

Yes, it's lacks bacony goodness, but at least the eggs and hash browns were cooked in bacon grease.

I was out. I used the last of it last night for grilled, bacon wrapped chicken breasts.
