A reloading press, a ruger lcp 380 for carrying (I do not currently carry my HkP30), or a nice big safe for the guns?

This.

Get a big safe, bolt it down to the floor against where 2 walls converge, and then screw it into the studs, if possible..

Then reloading press.  If your guns are stolen the press won't do you much good.

For any responsible gun owner the answer is simple. ....A safe

You can get the other things later as they are not a necessity. I'd say a safe is necessary especiallllyyy if other people are living with you/visit your place of dwelling

I would say sell/trade the HkP30 if you don't use it. I have a Ruger LCP & love it. Highly recommended.

Reloading (bulk ammo) is expensive. Rifle more expensive than pistol, due to needing to trim & a Giraud is only way to go for that. Depends how many guns you own & where you live as to if a safe is needed right away. Mabye hold off on a safe. I don't think there is a run on gun safes (yet). It's also hard to find reloading supplies though. I would say reloading equipment first, then invest in a safe.

I shoot and use the P30 as a war belt gun / range gun and it's my only pistol at the moment so I plan on keeping it.  What is a Giraud?  I'm in a low crime area, and I have been holding off for the fact that I might/should be moving in ~6 months time or so.  I'm not so sure that a safe is the best idea just for the fact that I will have to transport it at a later time.  I don't have very many guns, but they are higher ticket items and they all wear good optics so that's my idea for protecting them with the safe.

As for the LCP I know that it will allow me to carry much much more often than I do at the moment.

If reloading supplies are scarce I should possibly hold off on that and wait until everything is in stock and ready to go again?

Have $600-$1000 for the safe.  I don't have twenty guns and I don't think I will ever have twenty guns so a smaller safe would work for me.  Leaning towards doing $600 for the safe instead of $1000.  Need basic protection.. I figure if someone wants that safe open they'll get to it if they are pros no matter..  So, $600 safe recommendations?

try one of these at your local Wally word, great safe for the money and they work, I have 6 safes altogether and two for them are these.
Stack-On 14 Gun Fire Resistant Security Safe with Electronic Lock FS-14-MB-E Matte Black $399 on line but I have seen these at some places around $350.
if you dont like the compartment, clear them out and make your own, safe will hold about 18 -19 guns if you stackem right.
