What do you do with the worthless locks that come with your guns? I've got a shit ton, they must be good for something.

Quoted: if they are the kind with a cable save them for when you see a car in the parkinglot with an Obama sticker and lock that bitch on the spoke of their wheel. That is actually pretty funny, but don't see many of those around here... I guess I could save them for when I have to go visit the rest of my family behind enemy lines. |

He had a shit ton of locks of all kinds. Your son is the first and only other person I've heard of that has the same fascination for locks. He eventually became quite adept at picking them. For what it's worth, my buddy became a Civil Engineer. |

i did use them to lock up things at work that i didnt want walking off... does nothing for theives but its keeps people honest... most common thing i used the for was locking my ladder to building ladders (the ones that start 10+ feet off the ground)...
now i use them to lock all of my guns together inside the safe when i go on vacation.. chances are they wont get the door open which means they will go through the top with a sawsall... pulling them out one at a time is no big deal... pulling all of them out at the same time when they are also chained to the bottom of the safe is going to be a real task... sure they may get them but damnit they are going to have to work for it |

The only gun locks I have came with my American guns (Ruger and Remington). I use them for lock picking, you'll barely encounter something more easy to pick than these locks.
Wonder why Ruger bothered to place their logo on the POS padlock labeled "made in China". |
