| I propose a ban on smart phones due to the increasing rate of phone related driving incidents we must get these evil black phones out of the hands of Americans I propose from this day on all cell phones must only be able to make calls while stationary have no other functions and only have the capacity for 10 contacts (7 in NY) and ban all military grade cell phones altogether and it must not be able to dial 911 because no one should ever need to use a cell phone to save a life |
