Quoted:
I voted No because most teachers are unionized and I hate unions Not sure I understand this choice. Its about making our schools safer and protecting our rights under the 2A. FYI, 100% of all of my lib friends that are gun owners are against and new regs/laws. They ask me to stop putting them into the same category regarding this issue. I have made an important change when speaking about this issue. AR-15 style rifles are NOT assault rifles. They are sporting/small game hunting rifles. Rather than generalize all libs as anti gun, I know call them "gun-grabbers" or Anti-gunners. |

Quoted: Quoted: I voted No because most teachers are unionized and I hate unions Union-hater as well...But do you think being a union member/socialist-minded person revokes your right to defend yourself? ![]() It should, it's what they want for non union member/socialist-minded people, they can call 911 and hope for the best while cowering in their gun-free zones Send them a love letter http://oh.aft.org/ http://www.ohio.com/news/local/gun-control-may-be-coming-local-politicians-others-say-1.359874 The two largest teacher’s unions oppose the idea of arming teachers. "Guns have no place in our schools. Period,” National Education Association President Dennis Van Roekel and American Federation of Teachers President Randi Weingarten said in a joint news release. "We must do everything we can to reduce the possibility of any gunfire in schools, and concentrate on ways to keep all guns off school property and ensure the safety of children and school employees.” |
