I know this Forum is dedicated to my favorite firearm, the AR-15, and I am amazed at the resources available to me here! But this Forum is also about Freedom and supporting/defending our Constitution. So I am also not surprised at the amount of attention currently being paid to the FedGov's latest adventure in treason....the threat of a new, grimmer AWB!
However, my father taught me something a long time ago when we watched a rather good magic act at a local theater. He said "Son, always watch the magician's OTHER hand"! So I am wondering right now, while our attention has been firmly focused on the current threat of a second AWB, registration, or even confiscation.........what else are these weasels up to right now? They are masters at sleight-of-hand, at sneaking something into a totally unrelated bill in congress, not telling anybody what is really in a 900 page new "law". So I wonder, what else are they up to? Sure, the latest shooting incident was a horrible tragedy, but we have had other shooting incidents occur recently. Why the HUGE reaction in DC this time? A major effort to distract us, the people that don't have their head up their tailpipe? Is it something about the dollar and a new world currency? Does the "federal" reserve actually lose it's contract this year? Maybe I am just tired....... And I don't really expect an answer to what is essentially a rhetorical question......
