I have two stripped lowers and my cousin wants to trade me a stripped lower for a upper with CH, FA, and dust cover.
I asked "wheres the freakin bolt"? Yea well no bolt. 
The upper is worth more than I paid for the PSA lower but dang its hard to give it up. If I trade I can still build my other lower with his upper, add a bbl, a bolt, and a hand guard .............for a complete rifle. What the heck should I do? He wouldn't bite when I told him $350 for the lower, so.................????

I was just thinkng of it $$ wise.
But I see it is much more difficult to obtain a lower than an upper. Maybe if he through in a BCG but I don't think he has an extra. Plus he already has 2 AR's and with my lower wants to build a 3rd. I just have one AR and the 2 stripped lowers. Maybe once I obtain another lower and build out the other 2 to surpass his measly 2 then I'll have 3 ............
