I meant "legislative war". Didn't realize everyone was so literal around here. And I can personally say that if they outlaw what I own then I will not be turning it in and I will no longer be "law-abiding". I have no wife or kids. So I don't have to worry about anyone else but me. I do agree most would turn it in. Just like most Jews got on the rail cars without a complaint. Except for the Warsaw ghetto. Some died like heros, most died like sheep. I'd rather not be a sheep. But thats just me.

| For those who won't read it. Do you prefer not to know what tactics your "enemy" is going to employ against you? Doesn't seem to make much sense. I mean yeh we all pretty much know what their gonna say, etc. But the opposing side has lost enough times to know that if they want something done they have to change their tactics. That is simple strategy. Why not be as educated as possible on what they might be planning? Seems IMHO to be rather, well, stupid not to do so. JMO. |

It's just that there are already a ton of threads discussing every little bit of this. We do appreciate folks helping spread the word. Instead of talking to us, talk to those around you and help gain more support. |

Trying all I can man. Been posting everything I can on FB hoping friends on there will get the message also. Its sad though how many people who own guns think that "oh they just wanna ban them "assault guns" not mine". Its sad.

I love these "It's coming" threads, I can almost picture a freight-train sized dick spasming before splooging a river of semen. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/3/3e/Cat_wtf.jpg I know, right? First thing that comes to my mind when I read these threads. |

The White House is also developing strategies to navigate the rocky and emotionally fraught terrain of gun politics once final policy decisions are made. The administration is quietly talking with a diverse array of interest groups, including religious leaders, mental-health professionals and hunters, to build as broad a coalition as possible, those involved in the discussions
One potential strategy would be to win support for specific measures from interest groups that are normally aligned with the NRA, according to one person who works closely with the administration on gun-related issues and who spoke on the condition of anonymity because of the issue’s sensitivity. For instance, this person suggested, Wal-Mart and other major gun retailers may have an incentive to support closing a loophole that allows people to bypass background checks if they purchase firearms at gun shows or through other types of private sales. That could result in more people buying guns in retail stores. http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/white-house-weighs-broad-gun-control-agenda-in-wake-of-newtown-shootings/2013/01/05/d281efe0-5682-11e2-bf3e-76c0a789346f_print.html |
