| I didn't see the usual Atheist assault on Christmas... What gives? Are ya'll feeling okay? Anyway I'm impressed with your self control. |

You weren't paying attention.
http://www.ar15.com/forums/t_1_5/1409389_Was_Jesus_a_good_carpenter_.html Atheists practice their religion every day in GD. |

You know, Christians would probably get less shit from others on their views and beliefs if they weren't constantly harping about how much shit they get on their views and beliefs. This is coming from a non-atheist. Just sayin' is all. Seems like Christians complain as much as atheists do about being offended when someone tells them Merry Xmas. |

Sorry, I was out busy pissing on all the nativity scenes around town.
Seriously, does OP wish us atheists would have come in guns blazing so his sense of righteous indignation could be more justified? Methinks it speaks volumes about your religious beliefs if your priority the day after Christmas is to come here in search of what atheists might have said about Christmas.... |

LOL, the same can be said when telling someone "Good Morning". Notice people are saying only "Morining" now a days. Maybe next year it'll be only "Xmas"? |

Well I wouldn't make that joke but it is certainly toned down from what I've seen in the past. To be honest I laugh at the "Life of Brian" to. |

I don't think I've ever heard an atheist complain about being told "merry Christmas." I'm sure there are the few fucktards out there with the militant mindset of "thou shall *NOT* impart any religious blessings on ME!" but I've never actually met one. What I have have met is a metric pant-load of is Christians who are convinced that the entire world is out exterminate them. Frankly, at least the former is more quiet about the whole thing. |

So...you didn't see an attack thread, and decided that this was reason for you to come in and poke them with a stick. I congratulated them on their self control I smell passive aggressivism... I can't even spell Passive aggressivism ..... See, spell check says so. |
| i dont really believe in anything....but I dont go around to shit on people's personal spiritual beliefs. Every year I see people that constantly go out of their fucking way to try to insult people and make them feel bad about their beliefs...just because they don't share them. Sometimes I hope there is a heaven and a hell just so I can watch those fucking dbag assholes that do that shit out of the spite in their own heart burn in it..even if im down there with them. |

VA locked and nuked a few threads from what I saw. Yup. Didn't know that.I assumed everyone got a cold and a sinus headache like me. Yeah, there were a few. Kudos to the mods.....they did a good job yesterday. sweet I was up at 0200 EST cooking shit up and had a thundering piercing sinus headache by about 1000 so I dropped off. On a good note it allowed me to flee the MIL residence early. |

Listening to Christmas music, spending time with the family, helping another family in need, talking guns with friends, trying to get through the crowds to look at revolvers ... I just plain forgot, sorry. Won't happen again.
Yeah, I'm not really atheist, I just tend to take their side more often than not |

| My ability to give a fuck about your religious beliefs (or lack thereof) has been trumped by my desire to join forces against the evil forces of liberalism and anti-constitutionalists. We can resume our regularly scheduled theological disagreements once our rights have been secured and our enemies vanquished to political obscurity. |
|
I'm an Atheist. I'm jealous of Christians who can wholly believe.
Two things: 1) I completely realize that all the good things in my life, and the best parts of the country that I grew up in, are mostly a direct result of Christian values and beliefs, and; 2) I have never felt the need to insult the beliefs of the people around me. |
|
This here atheist has no desire to assault Christmas. I love Christmas.* That being said, if you feel that something is missing from your usual routine, I wish you a Happy Saturnalia and Sol Invictus. * Admittedly for different reasons than you no doubt (no not gimme, gimme, gimme), but all the same, I believe in the spirit of Christmas sans the religious implications. |

how quaint. |
