This feature allows you to convert eligible pre-tax and after-tax money to Roth 401(k) after-tax money within the Plan.
I got an email that my company had put this in place, but I have very little knowledge about how it works. Any tax accountants out there that would care to shed some light on this. If I want to do it I have to by December 28th. |
