Calls them up the other day to correct a CC number on an order. The nicest woman answered the line and got me squared away. It was sort of quaint because it sounded like she was updating paper order info and then taking it over to billing rather than using a fully computerized system (not sure if that's actually the case).
Bottom line, super pleased with my interaction, and the fact that they needed nothing more than my name to find my order immediately. |
