What ever idiot designed that back end must have been looking at Kim Kardashian or something. Fucking trim that thing up and give it some style. It looks like a fucking door stop back there. The lines don't work. And yes, to the designer, I could come up with something much better. I'll stick with my C3, the sexiest design of the Corvette yet made. |

I would let a 72 C3 hump the shit out of my wife. I might not even complain. |

Is that the latest mockup from Jalopnik? The last one looked like a GTR.
I'd wait until you see an official release before believing anything. That being said, it's not a bad looking car. Looks like a 599 and a ZR1 had a baby. EDIT -- and since it's a 'Vette thread, 63-67 is still the best looking 'Vettes ever made. Masterpieces. |

I like how the rear bumper isn't all flat and boring like the c7. I just hope this generation does not have issues with the valve guides wearing out early leading to worn valves that drop. You must be a Z06 owner?
One would hope that since they're [presumably] using the same hollow stem exhaust valves in the new LT1 that they have their shit together. |

Just about to post that. Twinsies. Irony? The slightly upscale version of the 'Vette will probably be faster than the 599...and cheaper even though the 599's on sale will be used. |

I would consider it if GM didn't shove the whole valve guide issue under the rug. |

This would be much better. I'd buy this or something very close to this. This has bold lines and style. Oh, but bring back the flat rear window like on the 68 through 75. That looked a LOT better than the beetle ass they threw on them later. http://www.likecool.com/Car/Concept/Corvette%20Stingray%20Concept/big/Corvette-Stingray-Concept.jpg That too extreme for the masses. I doubt it would sell well at all. |
