was this the one where they had those $600 bags for something like $50? Ya. I only ordered a carrier, a jacket, and some pouches and stuff. I'm going to be little bothered if they cancel my order and tell me to fuck off. I'm just putting that out there. |

Sounds like GD has its own version of the FSA.
Some of us didnt purchase stuff we werent already going to buy. Wasting my time and toying with my expectations isnt something I generally look for in a place to do business with though, whether due to malice or incompetence. |

Sounds like GD has its own version of the FSA. So a company advertises their sales, and customers made purchases for items they wanted - spending money with the company - and now they are receiving communications saying that 'none' of their orders are going through, and you consider this to be equivalent to FSA members? |

It's Arfcom's new little buzz word for people that have opinions they dont share. It effectively means nothing. And while those that use it think it makes them witty or smart, it doesnt. |

Close. If someone ordered some of that stuff and never considered that those prices might be in error and that they might get that email on Monday, then they are weapons grade stupid. |

From what I understand, TAG was confirming live that the prices were correct. Do you really think somebody was there on a holiday manually updating the website as each order came in. The website automatically updates inventory when one gets ordered? You people are really dense. |

A legitimate company is selling THIS bag for a deep discount, so it isn't unbelievable that TAG would sell a bag with a big discount during black Friday. Add BUSTER12 for an additional discount.

From TAG's website... this explains everything...![]()
ABOUT US Tactical Assault Gear, known throughout the world as T.A.G, was founded in 2001 in a 1,000 square foot retail shop in Imperial Beach, CA. Today T.A.G stays true to its founding vision—to create and develop cutting edge tactical gear for today's Military and Law Enforcement who are protecting our country. Critical to that is proper equipment weight management which reduces heat stress, heat casualties, water consumption, back pain, shoulder/neck pain, knee injuries, ankle and foot injuries just to name a few. The days of making gear "bomb proof" by using 3 to 4 layers of 1000 weight nylon are over. An advance in materials and feedback from operators has lead to the development of what we believe to be the best gear T.A.G. has ever produced! Our recent partnership with LC Industries, an NIB Agency whose mission is to employ people who are blind, combined with T.A.G.'s vision of creating the highest quality and innovated tactical equipment ensures we will continue to meet the requirements of our customers well into the future. With breakthrough technology, the visually impaired individuals can manufacture durable and functional, high quality equipment that exceed best-in-class standards. Now located in San Diego, CA we have recently expanded our product offering which now includes products that go well beyond the traditional T.A.G. sewn nylon goods. Today our mix includes a full line of premium brand tactical supplies such as Camelbak, Surefire, Benchmade and Smith Optics to name a few. These high demand, recognized brands provide our Military and Law Enforcement customers the additional tools necessary to complete their missions worldwide. This coupled with our dedication to customer service has made us one of the fastest growing tactical suppliers in the United States. T.A.G has a staff of dedicated team of professionals standing by ready to serve your needs. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. |

Sounds like GD has its own version of the FSA. apples and oranges. Yep, I figured there would be some butt hurt feelings over the TAG Black Friday sales that seemed to good to be true. So in normal GD fashion, I posted a snarky comment about the issue as a joke. I just think it ironic (funny) some feel entitled to a possible pricing error just becuase they type on their keyboard. |

I believe that someone was updating their inventory manually as much as I believe that on the busiest shopping day of the year they left the store on autopilot. |
