This is what my wife's stuffed jalapenos are. Take a jalapeno cut off the stem end, cut in half long ways fill with cream cheese then wrap in bacon cook at 325 until crispy.  We are having a family party and I just had over a dozen, can't eat just one

I'm guessing you scoop out the placenta and seeds from the japs before stuffing them with cream cheese?

Otherwise..you have the "burning ring of fire"

Yes but after eating now 18 total (100 were made), I figure that is in my future.

I love them. I like to add some grated parmesan and garlic to the cream cheese. Maybe some chipotle powder for that smoky taste.

This, and mix some grated cheddar and your favorite BBQ rub in with the cream cheese.  Atomic Buffalo Turds, FTW!

I made these several weeks ago but did mine differently.

Destem, deseed jalapenos.  Cut up fresh chives, mix into cream cheese, mix in some shredded cheddar cheese.  Spoon mixture into each jalapeno, wrap in bacon, and bake at 425 for 15 minutes.

Enjoy.

Yea, love those things...

Every time I make them and take them to parties, people look funny at them, ask if they're hot...

And every time I come home with none.

This morning I took 100+ home made kolaches to Sunday school.  Jimmy Dean little sausages browned and wrapped in crescent rolls with garlic powder.  None came home.

cut slivers of the jalapeno and put them inside a dove breast with cream cheese(or pepper jack) and wrap in bacon... it doesnt get any better than that.
