How many rifle sales on one 4473 triggers a call to the ATF?
I'm thinking of buying three stripped lowers at one time, and wanted to know if this elicits scrutiny.

Unless your in a border state 500 rifles at one time requires no atf notification.

My last purchase was 5 stripped lowers all at the same time (had them shipped into my local FFL and picked them up all at once) and it wasn't anything out of the usual. The secretary called in, got the OK and sent me on my way. YMMV....

Multi-purchase forms are only required for pistols, unless you are in a border state.
Even so, who cares. Buy what you want.
