Hello Gentlemen,
I've been a bit of a lurker here for a while but shamefully I didn't feel right joining before owning an actual firearm. Well several days ago for my 18th birthday my father gave me his Kar98k Mauser with matching serial numbers and in unissued condition. Kind of a cool story bro post but figure it could be worse. 9mm<45, and chili does in fact posses beans... |

| Actually the time of my joining and the election are a coincidence, my birthday was the 2nd and I just realized yesterday I can use my college email to register. I just hope everyone here can contain their envy for not living in RI, the land of red chickens and coffee milk. |

I'll do my best to get some pics of the rifle up, All the eagles are intact and the bore looks great. My father bought it over thirty years ago and passed it down to myself. And unfortunately I haven't had a chance to shoot it yet, I need to find a good range around here, sadly RI isn't super gun friendly

It's clearly a K98 on a white tile floor. In the background, you can make out the image of a gentleman who may have seen a 'Squatch and a midget giving FullPowerShots. |
