It's been a while but here it is. Thick cut rib chop that was brined then cooked on a two level fire. Seared on the hot side then finished on the warm side and smoked with applewood. The sides are pesto spaghetti squash and grilled romaine with blue cheese dressing.

9/10 needs water and the pesto squash just seems odd. Roger the water comment. I seriously hydrated after my workout so I didn't include some with dinner. Have you ever had spaghetti squash? I was turned on to it a few months ago and yes, it's a ;ittle unconventional but it's pretty awesome. |

Thats good, I was out for 3 years due to torn rotator cuff, had Anterior and Posterior Labral repair with bicep tenodesis, hard as hell getting back into it. Good work. |

Really!! Thats impressive, again, good work. With .mil finally giving me a 'schedule' that can be worked around, Ill be back in the gym daily. Maybe one day as beastly as you.
