I like the 120 minute best, but it may just be that you cant find it often

Dogfish head IPAs.....60, 90, or 120.

Partial to 60 and 120 myself.

I work ~5 mins from the Dogfish head restaurant in Fairfax, VA

A few of my favorites:

Breckenridge, 471

New Belgium, Ranger

I had the 90 min this spring and it was the best IPA I have ever had. I wish I could get DFH here in MT.

Lagunitas IPA is my personal favorite. After that, Three Floyds Alpha King. Then, Sierra Nevadas.

DFH killed the Squall line for the 75 minute IPA.  I really liked it and still have a couple of bottles squirreled away.  I need to drink them though, as they are past the point of improvement via aging.

Give their Burton Baton a try if you haven't already.  It's drier and less sweet than the 90.

When I lived in CA I drank Lagunitas but now I drink Innocence by a brewery out of Hartford. Problem with IPA is after you drink it everything else tastes like piss.

For the price, Deschutes Inversion IPA. Price not an issue? Green Flash.

Founders' Centennial
Great Divide Titan
Bell's Two Hearted, as mentioned by OP, is good
I had Anderson Valley Hop Ottin' for the first time the other day, it was pretty delicious also.

Torpedo has displaced Ranger as my "not quite perfect, but good enough and they sell it everywhere" selection.

Two Hearted Ale and Loose Cannon for and IPA

Piney the Elder and Hopslam for an IIPA.

O and 120 is a shitty beer, they can make that beer much better, but nope garbage.

120 minute is wonderfully over the top but no way could I consider that anything but a special occasion beer, to big and too rich for just opening the fridge and having one.  two hearted ale is the perfect ipa for me.  great citrus taste and smell, plenty of malt backbone to hold it up.  big IBU hops are popular but so many are unbalanced hop disasters

Its for the guests who don't like good beer. Even worse there's coors light and bud light lime on the door.

My current favorite. Very bright, crisp, citrusy, and lots of grapefruit. A nice change of pace from all the intense pine IPAs everywhere.

This is right up there but at upwards of $8.99 a 12oz bottle kind of in a different class from a "regular IPA".  "The best" IPA is a tall order there are so many out there that are great and picking a "best would be difficult if not impossible.

I see a few posts mention Stone Ruination, that gets my vote! But, I can no longer purchase it in WI, so I had so find something else. Lagunitas Little Sumpin Wild sure is good, as is Flying Dog's Double Dog Double Pale Ale.
